While our wedding will not take place at the Hyatt, we highly recommend staying here. ✈️ How to Get to Lake Tahoe

By Air:The nearest airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), about 1 hour from Incline Village, Lake Tahoe.Sadly, no Hyatt shuttle avaliable from the airport. Please plan accordingly. Options:- Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO)- ~1 hour- Sacramento International Airport (SMF) – ~2 hours away- San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – ~4 hours away (scenic!) Driving from Las Vegas:Road trippers, rejoice! The drive from Las Vegas to Lake Tahoe is ~7.5–8 hours.

🌅Packing & Weather

- Bring layers! Days are warm (70s), but evenings can get chilly (50s-60s).- Swimsuit, beachwear, and comfy shoes are a must. Lots of outdoor activities are planned!- Tahoe is at high altitude of 6200 ft — hydrate and pace yourself, especially on day one!

🚗Parking & Transportation

- Guests not staying at the hotel must find off-site parking or onsite for $29/day.

Monday, July 27

<a href="https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/nevada/tunnel-creek-trail" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Tunnel Creek Trail Hike</a> (10 AM – 2 PM): A stunning seven-mile hike with sweeping views of Lake Tahoe and a rewarding 1,600-foot elevation gain. -Note: Hike is optional! Hike to be led by Arshia, Haley may not attend! Incline Village Bar Night (8 PM): Reserving a large room at Alibi Ale Works for drinks and fun! Hyatt hotel offers late night shuttle to the area for guests.

Tuesday, July 28

Welcome Beach Day at Sand Harbor (12 PM – 4 PM): A relaxed lakeside afternoon at one of Tahoe’s most iconic beaches to welcome all guests. Food and drinks will be provided! 📍 2005 NV-28, Incline Village, NV 89452🍽️ Food and drinks will be available!🚗 On-site parking is available!🏨 Located just 3.5 miles from the Hyatt!

Wednesday, July 29

Morning Golf (8am - 12pm): Working to finalize golf details! Check back and reach out to Arshia (702-690-8892) if you want to participate! WEDDING DAY:Venue: The Chateau at Incline Village @4:30pm📍 955 Fairway Blvd, Incline Village, NV 89451 3:30 PM — Shuttles begins picking up at the Hyatt valet.4:30 PM — Ceremony begins promptly.~5:00 PM — Cocktail Hour.~6:30 PM — Dinner and Reception to follow.10:00 PM — Shuttles begins returns to Hyatt.

Thursday, July 30

Brunch &amp; Breakfast (9 AM – 11 AM): Morning brunch to reconnect and recover together. Breakfast will be provided for Hyatt hotel guests! Beach Day (12 PM): A curated afternoon of beachside fun including beach volleyball, kayaking, and other water games for hotel guests on a private beach located at the Hyatt hotel. Casino Night (9 PM – Late) — A glamorous late-night outing for guests ready to continue the celebration at Hyatt Regency's casino.

Friday, July 31

South Lake Tahoe Excursion (10 AM): A 45-minute drive south with a stop to pick up sandwiches before the adventure begins. Emerald Bay Hike &amp; Kayak (12 PM - 3 PM): A scenic hike down to Emerald Bay, followed by kayaking to iconic Fannette Island to enjoy a relaxed sandwich lunch surrounded mountainous lake views.

Saturday, August 1

TBD Beach Day: A flexible beach day reserved for relaxation, exploration, or spontaneous adventures.

Sunday, August 2

Departures: Remaining guests depart at their leisure, concluding an unforgettable week in Lake Tahoe.

What’s the dress code?Our wedding will be formal wedding attire. Think polished but comfortable — we’ll be celebrating lakeside!No bright neon colors, please! What’s the weather like in South Lake Tahoe in late July?Expect sunny skies and warm days (70s–80s°F), with cooler evenings (50s - 60s) in the mountains. Bring shorts and some layers, especially if you’re planning to explore or attend evening events! What should I pack for the weekend?South Lake Tahoe in late July is warm during the day and cooler in the evenings — so bring layers! We recommend packing comfortable clothes for daytime exploring, swimwear for beach or lake time, and your outfit for the wedding (see dress code above!). Where should I stay?We’ve reserved a room block at the Hyatt Regency Incline Village, where the wedding will take place. See our Travel section for booking info and additional nearby options! Is there parking at the venue?Yes! The Hyatt Regency has on-site parking available for guests. Will there be transportation provided?Yes transportation will be provided from the Hyatt to the wedding venue. Hyatt is also 5 minutes away from the wedding venue. What else is there to do while we’re in town?So much! From hiking and boating to casinos and breweries, Tahoe has it all. Check out our Things to Do section for our favorite local recs.
